Project Manager
Victoria is a project manager with several years of experience in public and behavioral health. She brings a strong background in academic research and hands-on coordination and management of large-scale behavioral health initiatives.
Before joining BBS, Victoria held multiple roles at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, most recently serving as a Communications Project Manager. In that role, she led marketing and communications efforts across more than a dozen initiatives, supporting the development of resources for behavioral health providers. Prior to that, she was a Project Manager in the Practice Improvement and Consulting department, where she oversaw several SAMHSA-funded training and technical assistance projects aimed at expanding access to integrated, whole-person care.
While pursuing her graduate degree, Victoria worked as a Research Assistant on a grant-funded project through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. There, she supported data analysis and manuscript development, sparking her early passion for social determinants of health and health equity.
Victoria earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Exton, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their rescue pup. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
